- • ADL = Activities of Daily Living: bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, transferring, continence. Most schemes use the ≥3 of 6 threshold.
- • Schemes can stack: HCG + ElderFund (if both eligibility tests pass) + MDW concession + SMF.
- • AIC (Agency for Integrated Care) is the central application body for HCG, ElderFund, CTG, SMF.
- • MDW levy concession application is via Ministry of Manpower.
