Watch out for these
- ⚠ Show your CHAS / PG / MG card at registration, not at billing — subsidies can't be backdated.
- ⚠ Upgrading B2/C ward to B1/A voids the subsidy for the WHOLE admission.
- ⚠ CHAS income is re-tested every year. Your tier may change.
- ⚠ Pioneer and Merdeka Generation are mutually exclusive — birth year decides which one.
- ⚠ Subsidies don't cover sundries (TV, meals beyond standard, single-room upgrades).
